Biographical history
Lemuel Fillmore was a teacher in the Dorchester district at the Westmorland County school, New Brunswick. He kept a class report from 11 November 1850-10 May 1851). There were 25 students in the class, 18 boys and 7 girls ranging in age from 6 to 22 years old.
Lemuel Fillmore was born at Jolicure, Westmorland County, New Brunswick, in 1832, the son of Lemuel Fillmore (1803-1836) and Lydia Bennett (b. 1811).
