This series contains letters from various members of the Charlotte County community, including the Secretary of the Executive Committee of the St. Andrews Benefit League A. Mallory, to Thomas A. Hartt, the M.P. for Charlotte County in Ottawa. All of these letters are requests to have Thomas Hartt use his influence to convince C.C. Ballantyne, the Minister of Marine and Fisheries and the Navy, to introduce black bass to Wheaton Lake in order to stimulate an interest in fishing and further stimulate tourism in the Charlotte County area.
