On September 12, 1839, a deed was granted between Earl Titus, Parish of Waterborough, Queens County, N. B.and Jonathan Titus and their heirs, John Titus and William Titus of the Parish of Upham, Kings County, N. B. , that part of land belonging to the late Judge Upham and his widow Mary Upham Witnessed by William Tweedale and Richard Titus. Registered - September 27, 1839. The J. P. was Ebeneezer Smith.
