Biographical history

William H. Moore was a noted early New Brunswick naturalist. He lived at Scotch Lake, York County, New Brunswick. He was married to Maggie Bell and they had a daughter, Nettie Moor (1894-1980), who was also a prominent naturalist.

The fonds consists of eight notebooks of William Moore on natural history subjects.
