The schooner "Venus" of Chatham, New Brunswick, sailed in the coastal trade around northeastern New Brunswick in 1884 and 1885 and probably both before and after those dates. Her master was probably Joseph Lantentigne and her owner was probably James Godin of Petit Rocher, N.B.
