Liscombe Greene's niece's (Mildred Lacy) husband (Glen Lacey)- gave this print to Liscombe. Glen was the Queen's Printer in Ottawa. After Liscombe died, his son Joey Green gave the print to the Grand Manan Archives on 25 Feb. 2018.

Scope and content

This item is a colored print of "The Canadian Bill of Rights". It is signed by the Right Honourable John G. Diefenbaker, Prime Minister of Canada, July 1, 1960. The frame is painted in a gold metallic paint. Written on the back of the frame is "To Liscombe Green".
