This fonds consists of 1978 land surveys, official building plan renovations and records of school activities since 1904. It also contains printed and photographed records of the school alumni society activity and details of school reunions. Letters, notices, newspaper articles, and student lists are included.

This collection consists of the records of the Girl Guides, Brownies, and Sea Rangers Passamaquoddy Division documenting the local association’s administrative and financial activities as well as training materials, ceremonies, camping excursions, activities and events, organizational history, music, and publications produced or participated in by the Guides, Brownies, and Sea Rangers of Charlotte County.

Annual reports, minutes, and newsletters produced by the Provincial office are included in this collection as they contain detailed information on the Passamaquoddy Division.

This fonds contains material related to the history and administration of the United Churches in Charlotte County. Most of the material concerns the Wesley United Church in St. Andrews, but there are also documents on the Leonardville United Church, Grand Manan Methodist Church, Bocabec United Church, Kirk-McColl United Church, St. Stephen Presbytery, and the United Church Women in St. Andrews.

This fond contains documents relating to Joseph Sutton Clark, Owner of a sardine plant in L’Etang Charlotte County NB. Documents include: correspondence relating to the development of L’Etang Harbor, financial records, and personal correspondence.

Also includes some documents from the Sea Rangers of the S.R.S. Haida, and administrative documents from St. Stephen, Milltown, Pennfield, St. George, Blacks Harbour and Deer Island Girl Guide and Brownie troops, as well as a scrapbook belonging to Kaye Walsh used for a trip to Mexico.

This fonds contains material related to the history of Ministers Island. It includes a transcription of an interview with Wade Veinotte, who used to work on the island, as well as reports, feasibility studies, and development plans related to proposals to turn Ministers Island into a Provincial Park or other cultural resource, essays on the history of the island or the Van Horne family, photocopies of historic publications on the Van Horne family property and Sir William Van Horne, a booklet for an exhibition of paintings by Cathy Ross of artifacts belonging to the Van Horne family on Ministers Island, and transcriptions of original legal documents and correspondence related to the first European occupants of Ministers Island, John Hanson and his family.

This collection contains programs and material for events at the Algonquin Hotel and St. Andrews Arena, a doctor's note for members of the Caughey family, prayer documents, and a patch for a NASA space shuttle mission.
