History
The Labour and Business in New Brunswick Oral History Project was begun by Gary Chaison and Edward D. Maher of the University of New Brunswick in 1974. Its aim was to record the experiences of those people who helped bring about, or were close observers of, the substantial economic developments and changes in the structure of industrial relations systems in the Maritimes in the twentieth century. Further funding was acquired in 1975 and the final interview was recorded in 1978.
