Biographical history
James Spencer Seely known to his friends as Penny was born August 25th,1920 and died March 17th 2003. Seely was a trained truck driver and Seely's qualifications in Canadian Active Army was Trade of Driver Mechanic "C" and was employed at his trade with the Carlton and York Regiment for approx. 19 months. On August 10th 1945 Seely was given permission to wear the War Service Badge "General Service Badge" number 204639. James Seely was discharged August 10th 1945 in Fredericton.
