Series 1 : six scrapbooks, including mainly correspondence, bills, accounts and receipts of the Crane & Allison merchant and lumber business, and of the building of the Wesleyan Academy, Sackville, New Brunswick. The scrapbooks also include some Sackville Circuit records of the Wesleyan Methodist Church and Sackville School records. In addition, the fonds includes various correspondence regarding the establishment of the Wesleyan Academy and other business matters.
Series 2 : 11 letters; 9 from Enoch Wood, 1 from William Temple, and a copy of one from C.F. Allison to the Honorable A. Campbell, Member of Legislative Council, Nova Scotia.

The Charles D. Stewart series contain general correspondence, 1912-1934; correspondence regarding a memorial to Mrs. Charles D. Stewart, 1918 and 1934; letters to Charles Stewart regarding the death of Harriet S. Stewart; and material regarding Harriet Starr Stewart.
The Harriet Starr Stewart series includes letters and notes to Harriet from members of various Women’s Missionary Societies upon her leaving for Regina, 1917; a letter (possibly a draft) to friends of the Sackville Auxiliary of the W.M.S. from Harriet S. Stewart, Regina, 1 May 1917; a statement of appreciation by the Board of Management of the Sackville Methodist Sunday School, following Harriet’s departure for Regina; and an MA Hood received by Harriet S. Stewart, Mount Allison University, 1885. Included in the papers is a book, "Tales of Tantramar". A souvenir of Sackville, New Brunswick, by Mabel Dixon.
Fonds consists of the application made by Melbourne George Kaye to the Controller of Construction, Ottawa, to erect a single dwelling on Wellington St., Sackville, New Brunswick, 1945; business records for Meb’s Diner, W. Main St., Sackville, New Brunswick, 1944-1949; and a menu for Mary’s Tea Kozy, 21 Wellington St., Sackville, New Brunswick, [ca.1960].
