Most of the material concerns the Wesley United Church in St. Andrews, but there are also documents on the Leonardville United Church, Grand Manan Methodist Church, Bocabec United Church, Kirk-McColl United Church, St. Stephen Presbytery, and the United Church Women in St. Andrews.

Fonds consists of letters to and from the Morice Brothers, including one referencing the sale of the Christopher Boultenhouse property after his death; Marcie Fullerton’s tests, report cards, graduation certificates, certificate of honor, Valedictory address from the Middle Sackville Superior School, and a newspaper clipping of Marcie Fullerton receiving the charter for the Business and Professional Woman’s Club; photos of Middle Sackville’s Morice Mill Pond, the Red Cross Society, and an unknown Military unit; and the menus of Sackville restaurants Marcie visited and enjoyed.

This fonds consists of a minute book which contains minutes of meetings of the Maternal Association of Milltown St. Stephen, as well as lists of members and their children and a copy of the constitution.

A number of pages have been removed from the book. The final entry, dated 1879, concerns the death of an unnamed woman.

Richmond Women's Institute

The collection contains the records of the Richmond Women's Institute during the 1920s and early 1930s. The volunteer work of the Institute reflected the needs of the time. Members of the WI assisted in diptheria clinics and provided for the needy immigrants during the Depression. Money was raised by producing plays and catering meals. Social times included picnics and Halloween parties.

It also includes similar records from Divisions and Units prior to 1950.
