This fonds contains 123 watercolours of NB wildflowers painted by Elizabeth Beckwith Hazen. Most are dated between 1867 and 1873.

The watercolours that are stored in Box 1 (1 - 52) are loose, and mostly undated. The watercolours in Box 3 (53 - 121) are part of a book New Brunswick Wild Flowers and are loose, with some dates. Many of the watercolours were matted for exhibits. The mattes have since been removed and are stored in Box 2.

Reverend Hiram A. Cody

This fond of Hiram. A Cody is comprised of two newspaper articles, parts one and two of an article written by Ted Jones, as well as two copies of an address given to the Kings County Historical Society by A. P. Hetherington, in 1972, titled Life and Times of H. A. Cody.

Reverend Cody was both a pastor and a literary figure, having prolifically written in many forms such as plays, short stories, novels, sermons ans serializations. He was born on the Washademoak, New Brunswick in 1872. He moved to the Yukon in 1904 as a travelling missionary, and in 1909 him and his family moved back to New Brunswick and to the rectorship of St. James' Church in Saint John. In 1927 Rev. Cody was appointed Archdeacon of Saint John. He died in 1984 at the age of 75.

The contents of the fonds are predominantly populated with signatures and salutations from fellow Allisonians and members of her wider family. The contents of the albums frequently indicate whether the person had died or in the case of women who they married.

Carleton and Cornhill Publishing Co., newspaper clippings, show programs, and manuscripts of the following plays: "The Medieval Hun," "Lores Defender," "The Dungarvans," "Oh How Delightful," "The Crimson Wing," "The O'Mahoney," "The Middogue," "The Lord of Cashel," "The Purple Testament," "Ready, Aye Ready," and an untitled play.
