An invitation to attend a free exhibition of the International Correspondence Schools held at P.G Hanson's store, St. Andrews. Date: July 23rd-27th, 1904. The invitation states that the exhibition will feature works from 2,000 students across New Brunswick and lessons featured in French, Spanish and German via phonograph. The invitation states that attendees have the opportunity to win a free trip to St. Louis or $30.00 in cash. The inside of the invitation features a series of questions concerning the readers occupation and salary and an insert featuring all of the programs offered by the International Correspondence School, located in Scranton, Pennsylvania.

This fonds contains personal correspondence between William Brydone Jack and his wives, Marian Ellen Peters and Caroline Disbrowe. In letters to Marian Jack mentions his astronomical work with Drs. J.B. Toldervy and James Robb. Also included are newspaper clippings and a sketchbook belonging to Blanche Jack, Dr. William Brydone Jack's daughter.

This fonds contains correspondence from A.Y. Jackson (1882 - 1974) to H. Mortimer Lamb and his daughter Molly Lamb Bobak regarding the Canadian art scene. Topics covered include Jackson's exhibitions, sketching trips, his involvement in the Royal Canadian Academy of Art and his health problems. There is also a letter from Jackson's niece, Naomi Jackson Groves, to Bruno Bobak regarding the purchase of one of his paintings and a letter from Groves to Molly Bobak regarding the health of Alex Jackson.

The fonds also includes one photograph, "A Canadian Soldier" taken by H. Mortimer-Lamb" which was exhibited at the London Salon of Photography in 1939.

Despite the existence of separate "Correspondence" files, almost every file in the fonds contains correspondence, usually associated with the material in the file.
