This collection consists of documents concerning Sir William Van Horne and his estate on Minister's Island, including grants and deeds, account books, drawings, correspondence, news clippings, Sir William Van Horne's will, and architectural plans.

2 publications 'Support School Expansion' (1951) promoting the idea that Prince Arthur School could no longer meet requirements for schooling in St. Andrews and that another school should be built. A vote was to be held on June 28, 1951. Also included is an invitation to a house party with information on the Alice Coughey house in St. Andrews written on it.

"Salt Sea Breezes of St. Andrews-by-the-Sea NB". A booklet put out by the Tourist Association of St. Andrews probably in the 1920's or earlier. It is illustrated with photographs and drawings. Also includes a letter from Lewis A. Mills to F.H. Grimmer, a request for assistance from an "Elisha" to Mr. Grimmer, and letters to George Grimmer concerning the appointments of a Public Notary and a Commissioner for Charlotte County.

This contains records of the Loyal Orange Association in Kingston, New Brunswick. The Kingston lodge was a branch of the Boyne Orange Lodge, a section of the Orange Order. The Orange Order was a nativist protestant organization with roots in British loyalist groups in eighteenth-century Ireland. It commemorated the Battle of the Boyne and the Protestant Ascendency. In Canada, it championed allegiance to the British Crown. The organization itself was modelled on the Masons.

A series of documents from the Clifton Branch of the New Brunswick Women's Institute, which was founded on October 17, 1912. Registers demonstrate that between twenty and twenty-five women tended to be active members per year.

This fonds consists of the Minutes of the Charlotte County District # 10 Women’s Institute, 1929 – 2017, and a history of the Mayfield Women's Institute from 1963 - 1973, handbooks from 1946,48,58 & 2011, a copy of the Women's Institute creed, donation cards & other published material kept by the branch. The minute books usually contain some financial and membership information.
