Fonds consists of Photographs of officers and listing of The N.B. Loyalists . 22 photographs and reproductions of officers and personnel in period uniform. A brief one page history of The Queen's Rangers from 1778-1783. Approximately 100 pages of a list that shows the names of heads of families or single men of 18 years of age and upwards, their former homes, their service during the Revolution, their first grants, their subsequent grants and/or place of residence. The Battles of Monmouth, Germantown and Brandywine 1777; Spencer's Ordinary 1781 and the Cowpens . Also included is 5" x 7" photocopy of a recruiting poster for the Queen's Rangers , and one (8.5 " x 11") photocopy of the Colours of the Rangers. The original is in the Public Library in Toronto. Materials on history of the cavalry trooper's sword, including photo of the same. A Photocopy from the book by Colonel David M. Stewart " The Queen's York Rangers.". A listing of NB Loyalists, numerous photocopies from different publications concerning the Queen's Rangers and a photocopy of the pamphlet issued in connection with the presentation of the colours to the Public Library of Toronto.

Also included are photocopies of article by Patricia Belier re: Isaac Burpee 1875-1951 a well known businessman and 2nd Lt. of the 8th Hussars. 1848-1913 ,General Orders and Routine Orders. Also 1909-1910 Bound Copy of Appointments, Regulations, General and Militia Orders. 3 original books 1- June 1907-1911 Regiment Orders, 2-1892-1894 Orders and 3 1899-June1908 Routine Orders. Personnel in uniform, list of Regiment members and 1867 Report of the Militia . A copy of Dress regulations for the Militia 1907.and Ceremonial Sabretachs and dress uniforms 1880-1900s'. Photocopied pages of the Field Exercise and Evolutions of Infantry 1861and a photocopied newspaper clipping of 1896 describing the regiments service in the Sudan and 1 photo of the Royal Canadians in South Africa. 5 pages of prizes- 1875 photo silver coffee urn which was the prize for shooting; a silver trumpet for Efficiency and a Certificate of Military Instruction for Lt. J W Black. Training- photo 1901 Cavalry Training School in Toronto and a original copy of Kings regulations and Orders for 1912. A bound copy of 1901-1908 Instructions for Camps , and original pieces of paper-Discharge Certificate for CM Brown, 2 messages from King George VI. Annual Reports 1880-1887. and a bound copy of Annual Reports 1880 and a bound copy of Annual Reports 1890-1899

Fonds consists of Photocopies of photographs: Saint John and Sussex Detachments of 2nd Contingent. Hussar Officers of the 26th Battalion in 1914. Regiment training at Valcartier and staff at Shorncliffe. Also includes an original bound copy of Records of Service for 1910-1920. 5 photocopied pages of General Orders for Tank battalion and Machine gun corps, one photocopy of General Orders 1918 re organization of Canadian Tank Corps. Also includes a pamphlet of Canadian Cavalry Association By-laws. One page photocopied from Canada Gazette listing Appointments, Promotions and Retirements in 1918.

Cablegram and postcard from J.A. Bain which includes his pay book and service book from 1917. Typed copies of letters written by soldiers, together in a binder. Original Certificates, pay book, berthing card and 2 handwritten notebooks from Sgt. R J Stapleford which includes numerous photographs acquired by him. A original copy of cartoons from the "Bystanders Fragments from France" and a copy of the story of the Fourth Overseas Siege Battery from 1914-1919.
