Item is a minute book which documents meetings and activity of the Sackville Marsh Improvement Company. The shareholders listed on page two, holding 20 shares each at $40 a share, were Albert Fawcett, George Campbell, Josiah Wood, Wesley Fawcett, and Henry A. Powell.

Fonds consists of a scrapbook used to compile programmes, invitations and related ephemera from Carolyn Spicer’s time at the Mount Allison Ladies’ College. The contents of the fonds provide evidence of numerous sporting, recreational and leisure activities (i.e. skating) on the campus and provide evidence of what was of interest to female student in the first decade of the twentieth century.

Item is a framed oil on canvas painting of the seaman Thomas Rheese Anderson [b. 1840, d. 1918]

Fonds relates to the relationship of C.W. Fawcett and his wife, Mary Medina Chapman. Fonds consists of a letter (written at the Royal Alexandra Hotel in Winnipeg, Manitoba and sent to Sackville, New Brunswick) from C.W. to his wife Mary. (Letter 10/9)

Fonds consists of a charter of the Grand Division of the Sons of Temperance that has multiple images, including a symbol of the Sons of Temperance. The charter includes the following images: people surrounding someone in bed, a lady in a forest, two men who look like they are signing an important document, a man reading to another man hunched over, and members' names are listed in the middle of the document. The document provided proof of allegiance and was framed for everyone to see at the Cookeville-Midgic Women's Institute Hall in Midgic, New Brunswick. (OS File 1.10).

Fonds consists of two separate valuations for the real and property tax rolls for the residents of Sackville, New Brunswick Parish during the years 1909 and 1910. They contain the names of the residents, their residential status, the district they lived in, their income, their real property value, their property value, and some financial records. These records would have been used to calculate the percent of tax applicable to the residents by looking at the valuation lists. (16/12, 16/13)

Fonds contains a student notebook belonging to Lena M. Chipman, 1906, and a printed invitation to The Senior Class of the University of Mount Allison College At Home, 1 March 1912.
