This fonds includes correspondence of the Barr family, 1873-1898 and family certificates, insurance policies and other records, 1709-1902. There is also a diary of F. H. Barr about trips through the Maritime provinces, 1881-1882, a diary of Ida Jane Harding, 1877-1880, and a muster roll of company no. 2, Saint John County Light Infantry, 1866.
The fonds consists of Thomas Lennox's discharge certificate. It includes his age, birthplace, service record, and a character reference from a commanding officer.

This fonds consists of family correspondence, including Albert's correspondence about yachting. George's letters to his parents while he was serving overseas during the First World War, 1917-1918, and letters from other soldiers overseas to his mother, 1918 to 1919, together with wartime printed ephemera, are included.
The letter, dated 20 January 1813, contains a list of supplies that men from the company were supposed to bring with them if assembled in a case of emergency. The list included clothing, a blanket and some sort of carrying case.
This fonds documents George F. Boyer's life as a university student and his work as a wildlife conservationist. It includes photographs of wildlife and their breeding grounds. Dates of these photographs are not given nor is the geographic location. Photographs also include snapshots of George F. Boyer and slides of Maritime wildlife. Fonds additionally contains a 1937 senior sawmill report written during his studies at the University of New Brunswick, University of Illinois course notes, Boyer's 1938 Bachelor of Science degree certificate from the University of New Brunswick, and his 1960 death certificate.
