Coster (1904-1905) include the estate of Bishop Binney. The files of H. A. Brittain (1906-1916) include the estates of the Binney, Hamilton, Odell, Coster and Bliss families. The files of J. H. Fairweather and P. R. L. Fairweather (1917-1919) include various estate files and the files of A. C. Fairweather and Sons, insurance agents (1919).
