This item contains entries in this Day Book start 08 Aug. 1914 and go to 28 Oct. 1916. Every page is used. The information lists people's names and a detailed list of their purchases with the costs and totals. Entries were marked paid and had pencil lines through them once paid. Ledger has been to PANB for cleaning and a special ledger box was made for it.

The collection is organized by the archives staff into series for type of catch and the equipment required to catch that species.

This collection contains information about Willa Cather and her summer home on Grand Manan Island, New Brunswick, Canada. Included are: correspondence between curators and researchers on Willa Cather; news clippings and articles about Willa Cather and/or her cottage.
This collection consists of technical books, papers, and manuscripts documenting the history of the electrification of Grand Manan. The ledger documents the installation of wires to individual locations and then maintenance at that location. The ledger used was a telegraph ledger but the entries are all for 'Electrical Works'. The ledger was used from Oct. 1929 to 31 Jan. 1930. Also included is an NB Power Museum Kit, acquired in 1990, which contains a history of the electrification of the Province of New Brunswick. There is also an NB Power calendar for 1994.
This fonds consists of many handwritten letters from the 1930's discussing events in the 1800's and early 1900's. Much of this research was used to create the Grand Manan Historians that Buchanan Charles wrote and edited - preserving much of Grand Manan Island's early history. He collected an extensive library from which 53 books and close to 300 brochures, pamphlets, and reports were donated with this collection of 170 cm of textual records. The published records are housed in the research library at the Grand Manan Museum.
This fonds consists of 11 handwritten diaries. Agnes kept the diaries until her death and Danny continued them until 1957. The dates printed on the cover of the books do not correspond to the contents of the records. The contents include notes on weather conditions, deaths, purchases at the local store, visitations, social events, and a record of correspondence she wrote. Danny's entries were mainly regarding the weather.
