Fonds consists of a history of the Rensforth Temple, ca. 1980; Roster of members of Rensforth Temple, No. 27, 1931-1984; Register of Deceased Brothers and Deceased Members, 1959, 1967-1982; and a newspaper clipping regarding the initiation ceremony of the Pythian Sisters, 18 November 1930.

The extent of archival material on each of the organizations varies from only a few sheets to many folders or boxes. Many records suffered the same fate as many of the Synagogue records, being burned in a fire in 1933.

Henrietta Szold Chapter of Hadassah-WIZO - minutes, reports, financial records, correspondence, membership, conference material, activity reports, and scrapbooks
Jewish War Veterans of Canada – most holdings from the national organization. Local activities make up a very small proportion of the material available.
Item is a certificate of appreciation presented to Pauline Spatz by the Town of Sackville in recognition of her interest, time and personal commitment to the Owens Art Gallery. This was given as part of Sackville’s Volunteer Appreciation night, and was described in two newspaper clippings included with the certificate.
Item is a certificate to Pauline (Alward) Spatz from the New Brunswick Association of Health Care Auxiliaries, given by the Sackville Memorial Auxiliary, awarding a life membership in recognition of work done over the past 20 years. Also contains accompanying letter and newspaper clipping.
