This series consists of documents related to the British and Canadian military and militia in New Brunswick. Included are muster rolls, order books, research notes, etc. from 1799 and 1956.

This series consists of eleven items which relate to the Baptist minister, Theodore Porter. They include several letters of the Porter family as well as part of a diary kept by Theodore. The items date between 1860 and c. 1880.

The fonds consists of the Bellamy Papers, which date from 1854 to 1895, is comprised of correspondence concerning such topics as land surveying; lumbering; agriculture; road-building; and various aspects of New Brunswick politics. In addition to the correspondence, there are also legal documents, warrants, receipts, and other miscellaneous items.

This series consists of a listing of provincial and county government records, which are housed in the Government Records Section of the Provincial Archives. The items included were created by or delivered to the government body responsible for the matter at hand. Researchers must note that the "RS Number" following the item description is the code necessary to retrieving the item from Government Records. The material in this series dates between 1788 and 1911.

This series consists of the Constitutions and By-laws of the Fredericton Society of St. Andrew, and dates from 1839 to 1981.

This series consists of the land transactions in Gladstone Parish, Sunbury County, of the Kingston, Wilson, and Sterling families. The documents include deeds, mortgages, and financial papers, and date from 1881 to 1883.

The documents in this series date from 1846 to 1893. They include personal and business correspondence; account books; ledgers; business cards and handbills; publications relating to the Temperance movement; and printed material from the Salvation Army.

This collection is made up of the correspondence of the Montgomery-Campbell family, dating from 1850 to 1964. It is divided according to family member. The bulk of the material (64/1) covers the career of Colonel Henry Montgomery-Campbell (1859-1933) O.B.E., V.D., of Apohaqui, Kings County, and Fredericton. He commanded the 8th Princess Louise Hussars, 12th Infantry Brigade; organized the 64th Battalion, C.E.F., and commanded an Imperial labor brigade overseas in World War I. His papers include his military commissions, certificates, and correspondence; official military records; personal and business correspondence; some biographical information, clippings; and photographs. Information on his wife, Laura (Winslow) Montgomery-Campbell (1864-1953) is also included.

The papers of Henry's brother, Brigadier-General Herbert Montgomery-Campbell (1861-1937) are found in 64/2. He attended the Royal Military College in Kingston, Ontario, and was commissioned with the Royal Artillery in the Imperial Army. He served in Africa during the Boer War; in India; and commanded the 46th Divisional Artillery in the Great War. He was wounded in 1918, and at the close of his military career lived at Kelston Park, Bath, England. Included in this section are his military papers, biographical information; clippings, and photographs.

Other family members represented in the collection are Herbert Montgomery-Campbell (son of Henry) who was killed in World War I; Constance Montgomery-Campbell (daughter of Henry); and Sophia Storie (Saunders) Montgomery-Campbell (mother of Henry and Herbert). Additional items, which relate to the family in general are clippings; photographs; papers relating to "Fox Hill" at Apohaqui; and the sale of lands in Fredericton. Herbert and Henry MontgomeryCampbell were great-grandsons of captain John Saunders, Loyalist and Chief Justice of New Brunswick--hence the frequent reference to the "Saunders" name in this collection.

The Woodbridge Collection is very diverse, and dates from 1900 to 1955. A large part of it is comprised of military material, which includes Woodbridge's commissions and certificates, military correspondence and official forms, ledgers, returns and schedules. Also in the collection are items, which reflect aspects of Woodbridge's personal life: correspondence, poetry, greeting cards, programmes, photographs, clippings, and maps.

The series consist of records dealing with Jack’s wartime service.
