Also included are miscellaneous notes, letters, bills, and advertisements found in the account books.

This fonds consists of correspondence addressed to Zula Hallett, Samuel J. Hallett, and Sophrinia Hallett (Dunphy) from their family and friends; greeting cards and postcards; a teacher's agreement; agreements of the Independent Order of Odd Fellows; minutes of the Baptist Church; various deeds, mortgages and other legal documents relating to property owned by the Halletts, Dunphys and the previous owners of that property; and a world map.

The map was transferred to PANB's cartographic section.

Saunders family

This fonds consists of several handwritten pages. Two leaves were removed from the back of a Bible, the back page recording a brief list of the important dates in Thomas Saunders' life. There are also 20 handwritten leaves removed from a bound volume, containing arithmetic exercises with the answers, probably intended as a textbook for Saunders' students. On the final leaf is a list of family births and deaths, 1834-1907.

George Currier

This fonds consists of a photocopy and a transcription of a diary written by George Currier, probably in 1850. It is a small pocket diary of the type designed for recording appointments and gives very brief notes of his social activities, the news of the day and his medical activities. Also included are notes on George Currier's life.

This trial balance journal of Manchester, Robertson, Allison Limited (MRA's) of Saint John, New Brunswick, dates from 28 February 1913 to 30 November 1917. It contains a trial balance of the store's receipts and expenditures, using totals accumulated by department, and does not include detailed journal entries.

This fonds consists of microfilmed copies of parish registers for St. Patrick's Church, South Nelson, dating from 1801-1826 (F1749, F8108); 1826-1858 (F3); 1859-1906 (F7895), and 1959-1972 (F1224) which record baptisms, marriages, and burials.

Microfilm reel no. F3 also contains a history of St. Patrick's Church.

Richmond Women's Institute

The collection contains the records of the Richmond Women's Institute during the 1920s and early 1930s. The volunteer work of the Institute reflected the needs of the time. Members of the WI assisted in diptheria clinics and provided for the needy immigrants during the Depression. Money was raised by producing plays and catering meals. Social times included picnics and Halloween parties.
