This fonds constist of one secretary's ledger book of the Independent Order of Foresters, Grand Manan, New Brunswick. The ledger records an alphabetical membership list with a page reference for each member. On the member's page information recorded is: a history of hat each member. On the member's page information record includes a history of that member, name, how they were admitted, by card, initiation, or military; which court they had been accepted by originally; date they joined; age at initiation. It also lists their benefits and rate of insurance. The entries made are from 1910 to 1924.
This Fond contains 5 cm of textual documents for the planning, guidelines, programs, annual reports, map with study areas of Grand Manan for field trips.

This fonds consists of records created in opening and operating the Grand Manan Museum. Included are construction files, opening and maintenance files, minutes of meetings, annual reports, architectural plans, and correspondence about displays and loans for early exhibits.
Textual and photographic material related to E. Jacqueline Davis during her time as a nurse in the US Army during WW2. The textual material includes orders which include E. Jacqueline Davis from her time working at Cushing General Hospital in Framingham, Massachusetts, as well as her letters home from her time serving in a camp on the island of Tinian in the Pacific Ocean. The photographs are contained in an album, along with news clippings and other ephemera.
This fonds consists of many handwritten letters from the 1930's discussing events in the 1800's and early 1900's. Much of this research was used to create the Grand Manan Historians that Buchanan Charles wrote and edited - preserving much of Grand Manan Island's early history. He collected an extensive library from which 53 books and close to 300 brochures, pamphlets, and reports were donated with this collection of 170 cm of textual records. The published records are housed in the research library at the Grand Manan Museum.
