Fonds consists three series:

Series 1 - consists of "Keith MacMillan - Read at Trinity College Chapel, Toronto, 23 May 1991, in memory of Keith MacMillan", by Geoffrey Payzant, and a letter to Carleton Elliott from Geoffrey Payzant, 25 June 1991.

Series 2 - consists of correspondence, with various individuals; a photograph, 1953; and miscellaneous items, including a program for a musical presentation, a lease agreement, “Convulsions in Art History," by Alex Colville, and provisions of the Marjorie Young Bell Fellowships.

Series 3 - contains 11 photo prints of the Gilbert & Sullivan production of "Ruddigore", performed by the Mount Allison Choral Society, directed and conducted by Geoffrey Payzant, 20 March 1954. Photographed by the Clares, Sackville, New Brunswick

Fonds consists of Anna Cummings’ junior sewing notebook and life member certificate of the Mount Allison Federated Alumni for Anna Cummings', Ladies’ College Class of 1927, 29 July 1969.

Fonds consists two series:
-Series 1 - consists of personal diaries kept by Laurence H. Cragg while he was president of Mount Allison University, including several pencil and ink drawings of people, buildings, and other subjects.
-Series 2 - consists of Mount Allison University programs and menus; Mount Allison University invitations; departmental brochure for the Music Department; and other programs, menus, and invitations.

Items are a photograph of the Mount Allison University Men's Football team, Class of 1914, 1911, and a photograph of the Mount Allison University, Class of 1911.

Collection consists of 3 series: Mount Allison Academy team photographs, 1878; Mount Allison ladies' basketball team photographs and historical notes, 1909-1953; Mount Allison men's teams photographs and historical notes, 1889-1953, which includes football, 1890-1953; hockey, 1896-1953; basketball, 1911-1953; track, 1912-1953; and gymnastics, 1889-1890.

Collection consists of 4 postcards: students in costume, entitled "Mt. A. The '21 Minstrels, 1917"; group of male students, entitled "Hockey Squad 1918 (Annual Banquet)"; group of male students in front of the University Residence, entitled "Mount Allison Student Body, 1918"; a group of Ladies' College Students in sports apparel, entitled "1918, Mount Allison Gymnasium."

Collection consists of photographs of people and scenery of the Sackville, New Brunswick, area, including: the bridge over the Tantramar River; Marshlands Inn; The Old Marine Hospital; Indian woman in native dress; Indian man in native dress; photograph inscribed, "The home of R.B. Bennett's Grandfather, Captain David Stiles, at Hopewell Hill, N.B.
