Fonds consists of personal records including legal and financial documents such as wills, deeds, mortgage records, 1879-1932; insurance policies 1909-1930; account book related to income and expenses of sewing work, 1882-1906; photograph albums and individual photographs mainly of family members; memorabilia; family Bible; publications; artifacts including mourning sampler for their mother, Mary Fields Wry, 1835-1916.

Fonds consists of 11 groupings: manuscript music; manuscript verses; script for the presentation "Faust", handwritten by Ethel Peake; memorabilia in regards to Luigi von Kunits (1870-1931); programs; mid-year organ exam; music books held by the Main Library (Mount Allison Memorial Library); Mount Allison University Library recent recordings: music, addressed to Mr. Patterson, 1963; picture postcards containing messages to Ethel Peake, 1934 and 1936; "The Organ of Liverpool Cathedral", by H. Gross Custard, ca. 1940; and miscellaneous clippings and advertisement.
Fonds consists of 4 series: Frank Drummond Allison Papers, 1922-1951, which includes photographs, financial papers, other personal papers, and artifacts; Edward Allison, including receipts, certificate of ownership of a cemetery lot, and a deed; Harold A. Allison, re: funeral and estate of F.D. Allison, 1951; and Maritime Art Association, 1946-1968, including letters, notes, and obituary and biographical sketch of F.D. Allison.

Consists of "The Wethered Family", by Jean McFarland, 1987, a draft of the Canadian branch of the Wethered (Whethered/Wheathered/Weathered) family genealogy; and "Wethered/Dickson/Etter", notes compiled by Jean McFarland showing the connections between these three families, 1987.

Fonds consists of photographs, predominantly of Mount Allison sports teams, 1900-1939; Certificate of Honour to Harold E. Bigelow by University of Mount Allison College, 1903; Baccalaureate address by Dr. H.E. Bigelow at Mount Allison University, 1946; articles by, or in regards to, H.E. Bigelow; Bigelow family memorabilia; a postcard of Mount Allison Ladies' College, between 1910 and 1920; and the notebook of Barbara A. Suthergreen, later the wife of Henry Bigelow, from when she was a student at the Mount Allison Ladies' College, 1870-1871, and a paper entitled "The Sabbath School Library".
Fonds consists of a scrapbook compiled by Olive Nola McElmon while a student at the Mount Allison Ladies' College, 1919/20 and 1920/21, in which are cards, programs and other memorabilia, as well as descriptions of events or mementoes found in the scrapbook written by Olive Nola McElmon. Also included is a collection of items that were found unattached in the scrapbook. These include programs, invitations, letters, tests, and clippings.
