Fonds consists of bylaws and a scrapbook. The by-laws provide information about the structure of this organization. The scrapbook is dated 1932 and contains a few newsclippings and a letter about the 1932 Dahlia Show at the Saint John Exhibition. There are also some exhibitors' cards and an entry form for the 1933 show.

This fonds documents Stuart Trueman's literary career as author of books and articles published nation-wide between the late 1940s to the 1990s. It also documents his career as a reporter, editor, and columnist with The Telegraph-Journal and The Evening Times-Globe from the late 1920s to 1993. In addition, the fonds reflects his activities as a public speaker and as a member of several committees, most notably, the Roosevelt Campobello International Park Commission. It also reflects his work as the Bank of Canada's New Brunswick representative for its Canada Savings Bond campaigns. As well, this fonds contains some of Mildred Trueman's correspondence and financial records.
It includes incoming and outgoing correspondence, research materials, speaking notes, travel itineraries, newspaper clippings, minutes, report,s and personal mementos. The fonds also includes handwritten, typed, and published copies of Trueman's articles and columns as well as handwritten and typed copies of his books. Graphics include photographs, negatives, cartoon illustrations for books, promotional posters, proofs of book covers and original dust jackets. Artifacts that accompanied this fonds have not been processed and include invitations to various formal functions and certificates of appreciation.
Humorist, journalist, and amateur historian Stuart Douglas Trueman was born in Saint John, N.B. on 6 November 1911. He was the eldest of three sons and four daughters raised by Annie M. (Roden) and John Macmillan Trueman. Educated in local schools, Trueman graduated from Saint John High School in 1928. In 1937 he married Mildred Kate Stiles, daughter of Kate and Riley Stiles of River Glade, N.B. They had two sons, Douglas Hugh M. and Stuart Macmillan (Mac).

This fonds consists largely of the financial records of T. H. Swift and Sons businesses. The records of the store include bound ledgers and account books, 1934-1965, and other loose financial records and correspondence, 1926-1973. There are invoices, orders and shipping records as well as inventory records, some customers accounts and banking records. There are also payroll, income tax and insurance records.
The records of Lockowan Coal Company include financial and banking records and some time sheets for workers handling explosives, 1932-1947.
Personal and business records of Rene Swift, 1925-196, include financial and investment records, souvenirs and records of his work with local service clubs and charities. There are also some records of the Peerless Construction Company, 1937-1940. Plans of the general store and the Minto Coal Company office, 1942, are available in the map section.

This fonds consists of provincially produced items that were donated by New Brunswick members (ie calendars, program books/materials, newsletters, catalogues, annual reports etc) and archives of Provincial events, meetings, committees, finances, reports, publications, guider awards, girl awards, correspondence, photographs, records related to the sale of cookies, 75th Anniversary celebrations, provincial commissioners and other officers, annual reports, provincial office records.
It also includes similar records from Divisions and Units prior to 1950.

Rotary Club of Fredericton fonds
This fonds contains the administrative and financial records of the Fredericton Rotary Club, dating from the first decade of its existence. It consists of general correspondence, correspondence pertaining to the annual Rotary auction, notices of meeting, minutes of meeting, financial reports, a copy of the constitution, notes on the history of the club and its members, programmes, pamphlets, press clippings, and copies of speeches.
Also included are copies of Rotary magazines and Rotary song books as well as information pertaining to conventions, conferences, Rotary scholarships, Christmas parties for visiting students, and to the camp for physically disabled children.
There are also several commemorative plaques, an audio cassette tape recording information on the Adventures in Citizenship programme (1978), and photographs of the club's first meeting place, of the Rotary camp, and of activities associated with the annual Rotary auction (P496).
