This fonds consists of:

• Journal recording vessels towed by Gregory's tugs, 1927-1930;
• Notebook re tugs, steamship agents, vessels calling at port of Saint John during winter seasons, 1925-1940;

This fonds consists of the administrative records of the club. It includes committee minutes, 1923-1938, registers, financial and legal documents, 1896-1954, correspondence, membership records, logs, diaries and information about racing and the annual cruise.

The fonds consists of South African War and World War I certificates and dispatches. The certificates include James Pringle's discharge from the South African War in 1900 and his service certificate from the First World War. There are mentions in two dispatches, issued by the War Office in London, for gallant and distinguished services in the field, dated 7 November 1917 and 7 April 1918.

This fonds consists of the business and political records of A. P. Paterson. The business records include three letter books dated 1900-1909 recording Baird and Peter's business in Puerto Rico importing goods such as molasses. There are also printed advertisements and price lists.

The political records include typescripts of articles and speeches, published pamphlets relating to Maritime Rights and the British North America (BNA) Act, and reports on Royal Commissions. There is correspondence about Paterson's duties as Minister of Education and Municipal and Federal Affairs, and applications for government jobs primarily from Saint John residents and firms with references to a patronage committee. There are articles, correspondence, speeches and drafts of speeches on Maritime Rights and the British North America Act.

There is also a section of printed ephemera which includes poetry from the "Evening Gazette", Saint John, 1889; regulations of Municipal Employment office in Saint John, 1939; an address by Emile Vaillancourt to the Kiwanis Club of Montreal entitled "When Montreal was 200 years old" and a brief by the Canadian Teachers Federation to the Federal Government in 1949.

This fonds includes financial statements, account books, quotations, invoices, contracts, leases, tax files, workmen's compensation files, advertisement brochures of firms involved in woodworking, machinery, milling and doors.

This fonds consists of printed ephemera, an annual report for 1942-1943, and 4 bound scrapbooks for 1905-1918, 1923-1929, 1929-1932 and 1939-1948. The scrapbooks contain pressclippings, advertisements and internal notices, forms and publications. The subjects include the administration of the store, staff policies, records of employees and renovations at the store as well as articles about business and economic trends, especially in Saint John.

This fonds consists of a book of minutes of the shareholders' annual meetings, 1918-1949, for the Marysville Store Co. Ltd.

This fonds consists of one volume, account book of Hedley A. Northrup's confectionery store, 1920-1921.

This fonds consists of a minute book and business papers. The minute book contains the Charter of the company and the by-laws, as well as information about the operation of the company and the directors of W. Hawker & Sons, including that son Samuel was managing the firm by 1920 and William C. planned to return to the United States to resume his drugstore business in 1920. Business papers include a stock transfer, a trust agreement, certified copy of company by-laws dated 1926 as well as a brief historical sketch of the company from its founding to the reorganization in 1926. There are also three deeds, 1926, which relate to William C. Hawker and his share of the business.

This fonds consists of financial and accounting records, including the time books of David Catte, cabinet maker who did much of the fine finishing work for Emery and a record book of the plans (900) with names of customers for whom furniture was designed. There are also 800 workbench plans, a scrapbook of designs, negatives, glass slides and drawings. A copy of "Cabinet Makers Assistant" (London: Blackie & Son, 1863) is also included.
