Fonds consists two series:
-Series 1 - consists of personal diaries kept by Laurence H. Cragg while he was president of Mount Allison University, including several pencil and ink drawings of people, buildings, and other subjects.
-Series 2 - consists of Mount Allison University programs and menus; Mount Allison University invitations; departmental brochure for the Music Department; and other programs, menus, and invitations.

This fonds consists of both textual and microfilmed records. Textual records include a record book for the Fredericton Methodist Chapel Sunday school, 1821-1825, that gives the names of individuals enrolled in the school, and a printed programme for a memorial service held at Fredericton Methodist Church on 19 January 1919 for soldiers who died during World War I.

Microfilmed records include vital records covering the years 1793-1971, and include baptisms (1793-1971, excluding 1835), marriages (1835-1874, 1918-1933), and burials (1850, 1920-1971), along with trustees minutes (1861-1930) and quarterly board minutes (1900-1919).

The fonds consists of correspondence with members of the first Baptist church in Fredericton, New Brunswick and the extended congregation, reports from ministers on special missions and ministries and financial records.

The fonds contains three letters relating to the Rev. James Souter's appointment to St. James Presbyterian Church in Newcastle, New Brunswick.

The fonds consists of minutes, membership records, and financial records of the Pickard Loyal Orange Lodge No. 40. It also includes correspondence with an Orange Lodge located in Bellville, Ontario.

This fonds consists of administrative and financial records of St. Paul's Presbyterian Church (later St. Paul's United Church of Canada) and of its various groups and societies. It includes minutes of meetings of the Congregational, Trustee, Building Committee, Pulpit Selection Committee, and the Dr. J. Arthur Forbes Memorial Committee; Session records; Treasurers' books; pew rental books; contributions books; bank books; receipts; annual reports; membership books; and records relating to the election of Elders.

Also included are a combination of minutes, financial records, membership and other records of the Guild, the Ladies Aid Society, the Women's Auxiliary, the Sunday School, the Women's Foreign Missionary Society, the Cecilia Sutherland Missionary Society, the Men's Club, the Choir, the Canadian Girls in Training (C.G.I.T.), the Young People's Society of Christian Endeavor, and the Young People's Club.

Lastly, the fonds contains records of communions, baptisms, marriages, and burials; legal records; records pertaining to the church's 150th anniversary; and copies of printed music, yearbooks, and published material, including a brief history of St. Paul's Church for the years 1832-1932.
