This fonds is the material associated with Mahood's job as land surveyor. It includes diaries of activities, book of tables and astronomical observations, field journals of sketches, plans and descriptions of grants and land holdings. There are survey and inspection reports of sawmills and logging operations as well.

The fonds consists 2 prompt books, one for "As You Like It" and the other for "Virginius", both plays performed in Saint John sometime around 1897. The books were made by separating the pages of the published scripts and pasting each page onto the page of a larger note book, thus leaving ample space for notes about stage directions, lighting and other matters.

This fonds consists of minute books of the Governors, 1891-1937, and committees, 1892-1895, and accounts and auditors' statements. There is a record of examinations, 1885-1913, and admission applications, 1876-1944 (incomplete). There are also reports from the committees and the principal, 1880-1943 (incomplete), correspondence, 1877-1937 and deeds.

This fonds consists of minute books, committee books, and ephemera. There are 6 minute books covering the period 1880-1953 which contain lists of members. The two committee books cover the periods December 1890-1908 and May 1909-1956. Both sets of record books include lists of the titles of books selected to be read and the names of readers.

There are also printed and typed programmes covering the years 1896-1959, including programmes of plays and a printed booklet "An Evening on Edward Fitzgerald" (a translator and poet) with a biography. One of the programmes is written on a piece of birchbark which has been embellished with gold ink.

This fonds administrative records of the church, most of which come from the period after 1936. The earlier records include correspondence of the Board of Trustees, 1838-1893, 1957-1958, and some receipts and invoices,1838-1920. There are also minutes of the Board of Stewards, 1936-1949, 1964; membership lists, reports and other material of the Board of Sessions, 1940-1961; balance sheets and budgets, 1945-1964; and minutes of the A.O.T.S Men's Club, 1954-1968.

There are also accounts of the estate of William A. Robertson mainly dealing with repairs to Dock St. property, 1858-1896, invoices and receipts, mortgages, leases, insurance policies and printed ephemera.

This fonds consists of Pickard family receipts, deeds, bonds and accounts and newspaper clippings of a series of articles about the Pickard papers written by Gerald Keith in 1953 and updated in 1975. Included with the fonds is the record of meeting of inhabitants of Maugerville in 1770.

The fonds consists of a minute book, 1894-1901, containing lists of active members with some addresses. Names are listed by vocal range such as sopranos and altos and also by year. There is information about musical performances with dates and locations and the names of the executive. A few programmes, printed annual reports and a small number of accounts are included.

This fonds includes financial statements, account books, quotations, invoices, contracts, leases, tax files, workmen's compensation files, advertisement brochures of firms involved in woodworking, machinery, milling and doors.
