This series consists of correspondence sent by Captain RG Ferris, President of the Association, and Mary Bickerton, Association Secretary. They deal primarily with: requests for information, a notice of the general meeting of the Association, requests for funds, receipts for donations to the 150th Anniversary Fund.

The letters deal with Association business including; changes of address, bursary applications, the resignation of Mary as Association Secretary, thank you letters, donations, and requests for information.
