This collection consists of account books whose creators are unknown.

This collection contains correspondences, documents, photos, and other types of material related to Joseph and Effie Gibson and their descendants. Most of the correspondence in this collection concerns Joe Gibson, a Royal Canadian Air Force pilot and oldest son of Joseph and Effie Gibson. Many photos of him and his crewmates, his letters home from overseas, as well as his schoolwork and notes from leaning how to fly an aircraft are also included in this collection. Several items which concern the affairs of John Gibson, Joe Gibson’s younger brother, can be found in this collection. These include correspondences and legal documents related to the estate of Charlotte Gibson, his sister, as well as an agreement between John Gibson and the Canada Railroad Company concerning interest and his land. Most of the personal items and published material in this collection belonged to John Gibson as well, these include publications related to his position as a volunteer firefighter, reports of organizations he belonged to, maps of the Town of St. Andrews, notes related to his work as a stonemason, and other items.

Material for the endeavors of the St. Croix Legacy Project, including documents for the administration of the project committee, financial documents, correspondence, advertising and marketing media and related material, materials for event programming and organization, and legacy plan and site proposals for an historic site with supporting documents.

This collection consists of the records of the Girl Guides, Brownies, and Sea Rangers Passamaquoddy Division documenting the local association’s administrative and financial activities as well as training materials, ceremonies, camping excursions, activities and events, organizational history, music, and publications produced or participated in by the Guides, Brownies, and Sea Rangers of Charlotte County.

Annual reports, minutes, and newsletters produced by the Provincial office are included in this collection as they contain detailed information on the Passamaquoddy Division.

This fonds contains material related to Grand Manan Natural Historian and Conservationist Allan Moses. It includes a document titled "Moses Genealogy" which features recordings of the lives of members of the Moses family, including an extensive entry on Allan Moses.

St. Andrews Chamber of Commerce fonds includes: Story of St. Andrews Arenas with W.C. (Bill) O'Neill) 1923-1971; A Proposal to The Town of Saint Andrews for the Provision of Community Co-ordination and Promotional Services from Osprey Travel & Promotion (1985); clippings, notes, correspondence… re East West Highway proposal (1968); clippings from various newspapers (1970's-1980's); correspondence (2 items 1980's); scrapbook of St. Andrews related newspaper clippings (summer 1995); St. Andrews 'Eye of the Beholder', a scrapbook of articles re St. Andrews from various magazines and newspapers (1977-1982); St. Andrews clippings entitled 'St. Andrews from around and about' (1984-1985); the Town Map and Directory for 1997, as well as a map with notable spots for tourists highlighted filled with advertisements for local businesses; a detailed pamphlet for St. Andrews with an overview of the history of the community and information on all of it's notable historic sites and recreational facilities; the St. Andrews Chamber of Commerce Christmas 2003 Newsletter.

This fonds contains various administrative documents used for the daily operation of the Fundy Weir Fishermen's Association and a few of its endeavors.

"Salt Sea Breezes of St. Andrews-by-the-Sea NB". A booklet put out by the Tourist Association of St. Andrews probably in the 1920's or earlier. It is illustrated with photographs and drawings. Also includes a letter from Lewis A. Mills to F.H. Grimmer, a request for assistance from an "Elisha" to Mr. Grimmer, and letters to George Grimmer concerning the appointments of a Public Notary and a Commissioner for Charlotte County.

Early 1900's Algonquin brochure; article about the history of the Greenock Church Memorial Hall written by Willa Walker; "The first Telephone in St. Andrews" article written by Willa Walker;Index cards kept while working on her books "No Hay Fever and Railway"(now entitled 'A Summer in St. Andrews');

These fonds contain textual material related to Edith Holmes of St. Andrews, New Brunswick; it currently includes one of her personal cook books.
