This fonds consists of the administrative records of the Meductic Women's Institute and includes minutes of meetings, financial records, and printed copies of the New Brunswick Department of Agriculture Hand Book for Women's Institutes (1951 and 1958).

Miller family

This fonds consists of personal, business, and family records relating to members of the Miller family. It includes personal and family correspondence, 1879-1931 (9 items); an account book for farming operations, 1865-1875; farm receipts, 1863-1878; 11 receipts pertaining to the Methodist Church, 1898; four deeds for sale of land, 1875-1894, and one for the sale of a cow, 1893; and six fire insurance policies on houses in Bathurst, 1884-1896.

Also included are records of the Order of British Templars-Bathurst Lodge, including two copies of a Degree Book printed in Saint John (1867), a copy of a typed speech given by Miller, two books of accounts, and a listing of books missing from the lodge library (1874). There are also printed advertisements for Massey Harvesters and Steinberger Hendry Company globes.

Mooney family

This fonds consists of family, business and personal records and a number of appeals to the Assessment Appeals Tribunal. Mary Ellen Mooney's records include detailed invoices and receipts, mostly for the maintenance of 112 Queen Street, Saint John, the house in which she lived and rented apartments. There are also some correspondence, invoices and bills of lading for gravel and stone bought from the Mooney Quarries, 1957-1961. There are working papers and estimates from E. Mooney Construction, 1957 and 4 blue prints for the New Brunswick Electric Power Commission building in Fredericton, 1959.

Among the personal papers are receipts belonging to Claire Mooney and some records belonging to Leon Mooney. The records of the Assessment Appeals Tribunal are copies of appeals from York, Charlotte, Northumberland, Kent, Restigouche and Gloucester counties filed in 1967 with notes attached. They appear to be the copies used by one of the members of the Tribunal during the hearings.

This collection consists of three property deeds:

(1)Thomas Elms, innkeeper, of Saint John, N.B. and his wife Mary, 100 acres of land at Gagetown to Gilbert Pugsley, innkeeper, 8 March 1790; (2) William Peters and his wife, property on Carleton Street, in Fredericton, N.B. to Charles D. Everett and John H. Peters, 11 July 1826; and (3) Charles D. Everett, same property on Carleton Street, in Fredericton, N. B. to Thomas W. Peters, 7 March 1842.

Price and Murphy families genealogy

These documents were collected by members of the Price and Murphy families while researching the family history. They include copies of wills, deeds, and genealogical information. There is also a copy of the evidence taken at a coroner's inquest into the 1834 suspicious death of Miramichi resident John Merithew.

Saunders family

This fonds consists of several handwritten pages. Two leaves were removed from the back of a Bible, the back page recording a brief list of the important dates in Thomas Saunders' life. There are also 20 handwritten leaves removed from a bound volume, containing arithmetic exercises with the answers, probably intended as a textbook for Saunders' students. On the final leaf is a list of family births and deaths, 1834-1907.

Ward Pendleton Family Association

This fonds consists of a number of original documents and original copies of documents supporting the Pendleton's claim to New Ireland Island in the Bay of Fundy. These documents include quit claim deeds, wills, and receipts. Also included are copies of minutes of meeting of the Ward Pendleton Family Association, correspondence concerning the claim to the Island, and notes pertaining to Pendleton family history.

W.O. Raymond

This collection consists of 4 microfilms of W. O. Raymond's scrapbooks containing copies of his writings clipped from newspapers (1884-1916). There is also a photocopy of another 289 page scrapbook created by Raymond from clippings from the Woodstock " Dispatch", 1894-1896 and the Saint John "Telegraph" ca. 1897.

Also included is a photocopy of a two volume genealogy of the Raymond family, compiled by Raymond and including information on the Carman, Moore, Hallet, Lamb, Horsfeld Beardsley, Dibblee, Barlow and Jarvis families.

Additonal items transferred from the L. P. Fisher Library in 2015 include a journal kept by Raymond while a student at Montreal Diocesan Theological College from 1903-1904; a handwritten account of proceedings in Woodstock regarding "Fenian trouble," recorded in 1865; a ledger of Woodstock area barristers including J. C. Winslow, L. P. Fisher and W. H. Tucks, 1858-1866; "A System of Drill and Maoeuvres for the Militia of New Brunswick as Revised by Major-General Sir Henry Torrens", 1827, and other publications the formed part of the Raymond Room at the L. P. Fisher Library.

Zula V. Hallett family

This fonds consists of correspondence addressed to Zula Hallett, Samuel J. Hallett, and Sophrinia Hallett (Dunphy) from their family and friends; greeting cards and postcards; a teacher's agreement; agreements of the Independent Order of Odd Fellows; minutes of the Baptist Church; various deeds, mortgages and other legal documents relating to property owned by the Halletts, Dunphys and the previous owners of that property; and a world map.

The map was transferred to PANB's cartographic section.
