There are signed mortgages, deeds, trusts, and leases involving clients of Allison Connell. These documents contain names, dates, and descriptions of transactions. Fonds also contains account information concerning the estates of Allison Connell, Charles Connell, and Lewis P. Fisher, Allison B. Connell's law partner who had made Connell an executor of his estate. Correspondence includes business letters from clients and business associates.

Fonds consists of records pertaining to the Carleton County Teachers' Institute and its successor body, the Carleton-Victoria County Teachers' Institute. There are minutes and registration books listing names of the original members, topics discussed, and account information. Also included in the fonds are two school registers, both from district 10 Carleton County, parish of Aberdeen, Foreston: from teacher Cassie M. J. Lee, 1924-1925; and from teacher Nora Thompson, 1928.

The information about the Carleton-York Regiment is limited to records of a 1937 meeting of the Regiment, a financial statement, and shared personnel files.

This fonds consists of a 1917-1942 Dunbar Engine and Foundry Company business ledger containing names of Carleton County businesses, the type of service and goods provided to these businesses, date, amount charged, and note of payment received.

This fonds consists mainly of documents pertaining to Dr. T. F. Sprague's professional career as a doctor. There are account books which include the names of his patients, the cost of their visits, amount paid, and in most cases, the purpose of the visit, i.e. dressing for hand, injury. There are notes of whether medicine was given to the patient, but the type of medicine is not named nor whether the patient was cured. Also included are T. F. Sprague's personal financial receipts, correspondence with patients related to money owed, and certificates T. F. Sprague received throughout his career as a physician.

This fonds consists of cards, pamphlets, and memorabilia from Viva Watson's pilgrimage to Vimy Ridge, France, in 1936. Also included in the fonds are graduation invitations, notes from Harley to his wife and children, and Harley Watson's obituary.

This fonds mainly consists of legal documents and correspondence pertaining to L.P. Fisher's profession as an attorney in Carleton County. There are signed mortgages, deeds, insurance policies, bonds, and leases written and witnessed by Lewis P. Fisher for clients of his law practice. The documents contain the names of the people or companies involved in the contracts, the cost involved in the transaction, and the location of the property. Almost all of these documents were created during Fisher's partnership with Jones, 1845-1875. Fonds also consists of Lewis Fisher's receipts and financial correspondence mostly written or received by the Commercial Bank while Fisher was acting as its agent. Legal documents concerning Fisher's activities as a land owner include materials pertaining to the sale and purchase of property, cost, descriptions, and location information. Estate materials in the fonds consist of correspondence and account information mostly handled by Allison B. Connell, one of the executors of Fisher's estate.

Fonds consists mainly of documents related to Charlotte Miriam Ginson's education and early career as a school teacher. There are certificates including birth, marriage, church, and music; Ginson's entrance marks into the Provincial Normal School; her teacher's license, dated 1933; and an autograph album, dated 1908 kept to her mother, E. Lillian Christie, during her attendance at the Provincial Normal School.

"This fonds consists of documents related to James C. Hovey's work with the provincial Department of Public Works as a supervisor of roads. There are letters regarding Hovey's responsibilities with the Department of Public Works, road tax notices, certificates, and correspondence with the Cobbler Sexton Mining Company Limited.

There are also documents from the parish of Northampton, school district 2, including minute books, teacher agreements for both Ella R. Purvis and Etta Grant (1919), and classroom registers for teachers Effie M. Forest and Annie E. Gibson, dated 1915-1916 and 1925-1926. The relationship between James Hovey and the school records is unknown."

Fonds mainly consists of Gage Montgomery’s financial receipts. There are insurance invoices, dated 1925-1929, from the Confederation Life Association, Canada Life Assurance Company, Sun Life Company of Canada, and Mutual Life Assurance Company of Canada. The fonds also contains correspondence dated 1927 from cousin Gage, Nell, and Marilyn Montgomery in Washington and a 1921 certificate from the Loyal Orange Association of British America to Henry Montgomery. There are also original poems, a play, and stories written by Hugh R. Montgomery from Debec Junction and dated 1925.
