This fonds consists of the administrative records of the Canterbury Women's Institute and includes correspondence; minutes of meetings; hospital bed rental records; treasurer's book and other financial records; an annual report for 1964-1965; Branch of Honour scrapbook; notes relating to the founding of the Canterbury branch; and lists of officers, convenors, and programmes.

These fonds contain genealogical documents on the Mowat family of St. Andrews New Brunswick. These contain information on Captain David Mowat and his brother Captain John “Hurricane Jack” Mowat of Orkney Island, Scotland and their descendants.

Smith of Rollingdam, New Brunswick, including both documents related to his research projects into local history as well as his duties as a Reverend. Documents related to these duties include marriage records for marriages performed by Charles Smith, and his notes and drafts for eulogies that were done at funeral services. Documents related to Charles Smith’s research projects include hand drawn and printed maps and drawings, published material and primary documents used by Charles Smith to support his research, and notes on church history, roadwork and early travel, local history, Charlotte County schools, and genealogical data. Also included are St. Croix Courier articles and essays written by Charles Smith, as well as the drafts for those items, and his correspondences, which include letters containing information related to his research and more personal letters.

This collection contains textual material related to veterans of World War I and World War II from Charlotte County as well as news related to veterans and Remembrance Day events. Most of the items in this collection are newspaper articles, which include news stories, editorials, reprints, and obituaries related to Charlotte County veterans or Remembrance Day events. Also included are promotional documents and pamphlets from the Royal Canadian Legion, Veteran’s Affairs Canada, and the War Amps. Lastly, a piece of correspondence between the Charlotte County Archives and Veteran’s Affairs Canada is also included.

This series contains letters and correspondence pertaining to the Gorham family in Kings County. There are both personal and professional letters housed within it. The contents range in date from the 1800's to 1995.
