This fonds consists of annual diaries, mostly written in printed diaries which provide a page for each day of the year. Lawrence makes brief notes of his daily activites, meetings, news of the day and ideas which have struck him. There are also some press clippings and historical notes.

This collection contains documents belonging to Reverend Charles M. Smith of Rollingdam, New Brunswick, including both documents related to his research projects into local history as well as his duties as a Reverend. Documents related to these duties include marriage records for marriages performed by Charles Smith, and his notes and drafts for eulogies that were done at funeral services. Documents related to Charles Smith’s research projects include hand drawn and printed maps and drawings, published material and primary documents used by Charles Smith to support his research, and notes on church history, roadwork and early travel, local history, Charlotte County schools, and genealogical data. Also included are St. Croix Courier articles and essays written by Charles Smith, as well as the drafts for those items, and his correspondences, which include letters containing information related to his research and more personal letters.
This fonds consists of a printed class book distributed by Methodist societies for the instruction of class leaders in Sunday school class. The middle section contains printed forms. The register lists students in classes with note of their financial contribution.
Allison, Charles Frederick
Fonds reflects Coles Island School in New Brunswick in 1895. Fonds consists of a school registry that includes the attendance, standards of instruction, and general standings of the pupils attending Coles Island School in District No. 8 in the Parish of Sackville, New Brunswick in the county of Westmorland. Also included is a Record of Visitation. This registry was prescribed by the Board of Education for the schools in New Brunswick.
Fonds consists of personal papers and also includes records belonging to Ethel Peake, some given to Smith or possibly borrowed or received following her death and used in his research for biographical note "Ethel Marguerite Peake, 1885-1954" (accession 8426). Peake files contain correspondence 1908-1943; biographical brochure [between 1923 and 1936]; clippings; Mount Allison Department of Music student records, 1936-1944 (students of Peake); photographs, including several of Peake; Allison G. Patterson file, 1951 and 1981.

It also includes financial records, genealogical and biographical information, speeches, and notes. It includes photocopies of correspondence with literary figures, including Elizabeth Brewster, Irving Layton, Dorothy Livesay, and Miriam Waddington and between Lorne Pierce and Frederick Philip Grove.
Pacey, W.C. Desmond
This fonds consists in large part of the official records of the various offices Dr. Bailey held during his career at the University of New Brunswick from 1938-1970. There is a large amount of material relating to his extensive literary contributions, including articles; manuscripts, published and unpublished books; and records from his editorial role in "The Literary History of Canada". There are also some personal papers and a small number of family papers.
