This fonds consists of photographs of the 8th Canadian Hussars during the Cold War Era, records pertaining to merchandise sold from the Kit Shop, Mess Kit Regulations, newspaper clippings pertaining to the 8th Hussars Museum, maps from the Italian Campaign, and agreements signed by the 8th Canadian Hussars.

This series consists of newspaper clippings from the Telegraph Journal and Kings County Record. Included are articles pertaining to the 8th Hussars Museum including: Database to allow history to be explored, Vimy Painting Donated to the 8th Hussars Museum, New Military Monument in Sussex, Summer staff preparing new displays at the 8th Hussars Museum. Also included are: articles related to the military in New Brunswick.

This series consists of the Department of National Defense (Canada) Mess Kit Regulations promulgated in 1988. Also, there is a 1998 Memorandum of understand agreed to by the Regiment, and a 2006 Service Level Agreement.

This series consists of the record books of the Association Kit Shop from 1997 to 2005. It also includes a record of the sales made during 1992 and 1993.

This subseries consists of Kit Shop record books for the year 1997 and a floppy disk with Kit Shop orders for the years 2004 to 2005. There are two Bank of Montreal Deposit Books, one Account Book, and one Field Message Book.

This subseries consists of photographs of ceremonies and events hosted by the 8th Canadian Hussars, including: parades, honouring former members (Kit Graham, LtCol Beveridge), curling, presentation of awards, and a tour of the Netherlands.

This series consists of photographs gathered by the Association of 8th Canadian Hussars. Included are photographs from Iraq, NATO commitments to Europe, Officers of the 8th Canadian Hussars, Squadron deployments to California, 6th Canadian Mounted Rifles, B Squadron of the 8th Hussars, negatives, and photographs from the Second World War.

This subseries consists of order forms for the Association Kit Shop for the 1992-1993 fiscal year. Included are records pertaining to the sale, receipt, and payment for Kit Shop orders.

This subseries consists of 18 photographs from Operation Desert Storm in Iraq. Captain McCluskey was the only 8th Canadian Hussar to see action in Desert Storm as he was on exchange with the British 7th Brigade when that Brigade saw action in Desert Storm.

This subseries consists of negatives from the 8th Canadian Hussars 1977-1978.
