Biographical history
Henry Styles was born on the 4 August 1802 and died on 20 July 1865, he lived in Rollingdam, New Brunswick in his home located near the present government garage. Henry styles operated a grist mill along the Digdeguash River, as well as a saw mill, carding mill, and shingle machine. This grist mill was first operational in 1838, and its main product was buckwheat flour as well as carding wool. This operation ended in 1865 with the death of Henry Styles. He was described as an “enterprising mill man and business leader”.
