Administrative history

Harvey and Bleumortier, producers of boneless herring and bloater, also did marine repairs from their premises on Seal Cove Creek, Grand Manan Island, New Brunswick. The business was originally owned and operated jointly by Russell Harvey and Harvey Bleumortier. The company was run by various members of the two families during its existence. By 2001 the business had closed and its buildings became part of the Sardine Museum in the National Historic Site at the Seal Cove Creek.
