Name of creator
The First Church Christ, Scientist in Saint John, New Brunswick, was located in a building at 121 Germain Street in 1929 and remained there until October 1930, when it moved to 263 Germain Street. It remained at that address until 1983.
At the Church's February 1930 meeting, the Building Committee reported they had about $10,000.00 in bonds and cash in the bank plus pledges on hand. The Committee was authorized at the meeting to call for tenders and proceed with the first unit of their church. The building was completed in October 1930, free of debt and the first service was held on the 3rd Sunday of October 1930.
