Tony Charters was the captain of the winning team from Camp Gagetown’s #3 Signal Squadron, Corps of Signals, for the event held on 7 Feb 1963 to mark the 150th anniversary of the winter march of the 104th Regiment of Foot from Fredericton to Kingston ON. The event was held on the St. John River from Oromocto to Fredericton.
