This collection consists of three property deeds:

(1)Thomas Elms, innkeeper, of Saint John, N.B. and his wife Mary, 100 acres of land at Gagetown to Gilbert Pugsley, innkeeper, 8 March 1790; (2) William Peters and his wife, property on Carleton Street, in Fredericton, N.B. to Charles D. Everett and John H. Peters, 11 July 1826; and (3) Charles D. Everett, same property on Carleton Street, in Fredericton, N. B. to Thomas W. Peters, 7 March 1842.

1 photograph of George ("Geordie") Donald with his oldest son W. R. "Bill" Donald in the mid 1950's and a 39.5 lb salmon, caught at the mouth of the Muzerolle (1953). Bill notes that "the snow came early that fall."

Postcard Album

Series contains 86 postcards placed in an album in no particular order. The dated postcards range from 1906 to 1913, and were primarily addressed to Mrs. Walter I. Dixon [Jane Gillis], and also to Mr. Walter I. Dixon and Raymond Dixon. Postcards were sent from a number of relatives and friends. A number of the postcards depict locations in Canada as well as the United States. Most of the postcards contain messages.
