Item was in the possession of Pauline Mary (Alward) Spatz, and kept in her home until transferred to the Tantramar Heritage Trust in 2006.

Scope and content

Item is a photograph of a parade celebrating the Diamond Jubilee of Confederation, Sackville, NB, July 1 1927. This photograph shows a group of ladies representing different eras of dress since 1867 and who took part in the parade. Beverly Trites was the president. The picture was taken on the front steps of the Men’s Residence at Mount Allison University, Sackville, NB.
