This collection contains diaries and reports of weather, visitors, the times when the light was lit and turned off, and the length of time operating each day. The records were kept by the Grand Harbour lighthouse keepers from 1949-1960. There are also blank forms of Hand Horn or Fog Bell Returns.

This fonds contains administrative documents for the Charlotte County branch of the John Howard Society, as well as documents from meetings. Also included are pieces of correspondence with other branches and organizations, educational materials related to the society's mission, and materials for prisoners.

This collection contains tintypes, dating from 1875 to 1920. It also contains many studio photographs mounted on cardboard and prints on photographic paper. There are also photo albums that have tintypes and mounted photos. Many of the images are scenes of Grand Manan Island.

There are articles concerning the boundary dispute between the Canadian and United States governments over ownership of the Island and a computer printout of the International Court of Justice Case Summaries Judgement of 12 October 1984 concerning ownership.
